Free confidence, computing and BBC internet classes in Fauldhouse

Ever wish you had more confidence? Whether you just want to gain more self-esteem or you want to prevent “gittin’ a brass neck”, the Catching Confidence course at Fauldhouse Partnership Centre might be what you need.

The four-week programme is one of numerous free community-based adult learning courses available in West Lothian from January to March.

It will introduce you to some useful tools and exercises that will help you understand the nature and role of confidence and look at ways of devel­oping it.

If that’s not your bag, there’s other free courses you can try at the partnership centre, including a BBC internet class and an introduction to computing.

Catching Confidence starts on Wednesday, January 18 from 9.30am-12.00pm; Welcome to Computing: an Introduction runs for 10 weeks from Friday, January 20; and BBC First Click is for four weeks and starts on Wednesday, February 21, 10am-12pm.
