Does anyone in Fauldhouse remember The Palace?

Here's a picture from 1963 of two young women enjoying bingo at the Palace Theatre.

The Palace, also called The Savoy, was in Main Street but has now been demolished.

The photo was taken on October 20 that year for The Glasgow Herald or Evening Times, but aside from that we don't know much about it.

Who are the two girls? If you recognise them, or anyone in the background, why not let everyone know who they are by posting a comment below?
